Please Note:
- We recommend arriving 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. This allows us to start promptly and utilise the full session duration to address your needs effectively.
- Session extensions may be accommodated based on availability and client needs. Extensions up to 70 minutes will be charged at the next service tier rate. Beyond 70 minutes, an additional $20 per 10-minute increment applies.
- Payment is processed upon completion of your appointment. A transaction fee of 1.9% plus $1.00 is applied to all payments. If you have provided your bank details to Medicare, we can automatically process your rebate to your account.
