Description

This module is for young people who know exactly what school can’t feels like — and for the adults who love them and feel completely lost. This isn’t a guide to force school attendance. It is an honest look at what is going on inside the minds and bodies of two people in this story. They are both doing their best yet are feeling lost and stuck. You will recognise parts of  both Jay and Jay’s mum. That is the point.

I Cannot Make Myself Go was written by Dr Faiza Khan who is a GP specialising in mental health and the founder of Thoughtspool Therapy. A mum of three, she has spent years listening to families navigate the everyday worries that grow up alongside little people, and writes warm, practical stories to help.
